Mac & Cheese (IP)
Ingredients
- 4 C water
- 1 box (16 oz) rotini
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1 C Half-n-half
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Add pasta, water, salt, and butter to the Instant Pot.
- Set to Manual for 5 minutes. (Takes approximately 12 minutes to pressurize).
- When finished, press cancel and perform Pressure Release (turn release valve ~1/8 turn until it barely holds open to prevent splatter).
- After lid removed, add half-n-half (or milk) and cheese. Stir until incorporated.
