Breakfast pizza muffins
Ingredients
Pizza dough
- 6 strips of bacon (sausage, or Canadian bacon)
- 6 oz cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
Olive oil
Directions
Pre-cook bacon (sausage, or Canadian bacon).
- Preheat oven to 450F.
- Grease muffin cups with olive oil, cut dough into 12 equal sizes, and roll flat.
- Insert pizza dough into muffin wells, followed by cheese.
- Crack an egg into each well, then top with meat of choice.
- Bake for 6-12 minutes.
