Peanut Butter Over Night Oats
Ingredients
- ½ C Milk
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP Protein Powder
- ⅓ C Rolled Oats
Directions
Chia seeds, Oats, and Protein powder to container for later use.
- When ready, add milk and peanut butter, then stir.
- Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the refrigerator overnight.
