Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Hard boiled eggs
- 1 TBSP Dijon mustard (approx)
- 1 TBSP Olive oil (approx)
- 1 Pickle (diced)
Directions
Dice eggs using egg chopper
- Add pickles to eggs
- Add mustard and olive oil, stir and smash the yolk until a creamy textured sauce coats eggs.
