Directions
- Line baking sheet with foil, then place bacon in single layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the cold oven, then set the temperature to 400F.
- Flip bacon after 15 minutes.
- Continue to monitor and flip every 5 minutes for the next 10 minutes (25 minutes total), then reduce time as necessary to prevent overcooking.
If starting with a hot oven:
- Monitor every 5 minutes from the start to prevent overcooking, reduce after the first 3 flips (15 minutes total).
