Aunt Janice's Ooey Gooey Butter Bars
Ingredients
Bottom
- 1 yellow cake mix (deluxe)
- 1 egg
- 1 stick of softened butter
Top
- 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Directions - Bottom
- Mix all ingredients together and pat in bottom of 9" x 13" pan.
Directions - Top
- Beat well & spread over cake mix bottom
- Bake 40 minutes @ 350F
