Shredded Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP grapeseed oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ C orange juice
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- 1½ tsp dried cilantro
- 1 tomato
- lettuce
Directions
- In heat oil in large skillet (uncovered) over medium heat for 1 minute. Use wooden spoon to stir in garlic, chili powder, and salt. Cook for 30 seconds, then stir in orange juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Carefully place chicken into sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Rotate chicken, cook for additional 5 minutes (until thermometer registers 165F). You may need to add 1/4 C water if the sauce thins out too much.
- Shred chicken using forks, then mix chicken with remaining sauce and cilantro.
