Spicy Cajun Crispix Mix
Ingredients
- 7 C Crispix cereal
- 2 C bitesize white cheddar cheese crackers
- 1 C small pretzel twists
- ¼ C butter, melted
- ½ tsp dried basil, crushed
- ½ tsp dried oregano, crushed
- ¼ tsp dry mustard
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 250F. In a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan, combine CRISPIX cereal, cheese crackers, and pretzel twists. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine butter and remaining ingredients. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Spread on paper towels. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
