Oreo Cake
Cake Ingredients
- 400 g Oreo cookies
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml milk
Icing
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Ganache
- 100 g Chocolate
- 100 g heavy cream
Cake Directions
- Pulverize Oreo cookies in food processor until crumbs remain.
- Mix in baking powder and milk until smooth.
- Pour into parchment-lined round cake dish and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes (until toothpick emerges clean)
Icing Directions
- Mix together and beat until stiff peaks form
Chocolate Ganache
- Add ingredients together, cover, and melt in microwave at 50% power (like melting butter)
Putting it all together
- Spread icing over cooled cake
- Pour ganache over cake
- Decorate with Oreo cookies
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours (preferably overnight)
