Salsa
Ingredients
- 28 oz canned tomatoes (fire roasted / diced / etc)
- 5 oz onion, peeled
- 2 jalapeno, quartered (seeded for less spice)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp True Lime (or 1 TBSP juice)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to food processor and puree to desired consistency
