Sour Cream-Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
- 6 TBSP Butter
- 1C&1 TBSP Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1⅓ C Flour
- 1½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 C Sour Cream
- 6 oz Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mix Butter with 1 Cup Sugar until blended, then beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
- Stir flour with baking powder, soda and cinnamon, then blend with cream mixture.
- Mix in Sour Cream.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
- Scatter chocolate chips over the batter and sprinkle with 1 TBSP sugar.
- Bake at 350F for 35 min.
